Ideal for applications operating when the engine is off
To reduce standby current of an ECU that operates even when a vehicle is parked and the engine is off, it is essential to select power ICs and main components such as the MCU with low self-current consumption.
The S-19315/6 Series achieve the world’s lowest self-current consumption of 2.0μA typ (2.2μA typ. for the S-19316 Series), which is ideal for reducing the standby consumption of ECU.
Also the high-withstand voltage of 45V of the SENSE pin enables it to be directly connected to a 12V battery for voltage monitoring.
The small packge SOT-23-5(2.8 x 2.9mm) enables to reduce the space of mouting space.
